This bat is slightly heavier so it has plenty of weight to develop muscles used in a swing. Strengthen your core so you can turn on those inside fastballs with more power. Strengthens your forearms so when you hit the outside pitch you know you have full power behind you. There is such a thing as over swinging with a heavy bat so we suggest taking your first round of BP for the day before switching to your regular bat. Perfect for tee work, soft toss, and short cage work. Comes in adult and youth sizes.
